The HARWIN System 718 is a fully automatic, high volume CNC controlled production machine.  It is supplied as a self contained, free standing work station.  The machine has a maximum insertion area of 350mm x 350mm for cost effective board population.  A rotary table is available for multi-axes insertion.  The CNC control unit is use friendly, wit simple to use Windows based software installed and run on an industry standard PC computer.  Insertion heads, typically changed in 15 minutes, allow the System 718 to become a very versatile, flexible production tool with rapid product changes ensuring maximum machine utilization and production efficiency.  The System 718 insertion machine is currently rated at 14000 insertions per hour depending on the PCB  layout.
